Thandi SignageWe run a 900x 1300mm 70Watt CO2 laser cutter. The machine is capable of cutting 5mm MDF and light materials such as Perspex, ABS, UHI, Cardboard, Leather, Cork & paper. The machine is unfortunately not capable of cutting metals.

There are many laser cutting companies out there. Most of them deliver outstanding work aimed at the decorative and domestic market. Our services are aimed at the industrial market. We do in-house 3D & 2D drawing and design which enables us to bring your product to life. Yu might be wondering why one would need to do 3D modelling for a laser cutter but think about it, if you needed to design a dollhouse that is to be assembled in 3D then it would make sense to design the dollhouse in 3D and then once all the parts fit correctly, transcribe the drawing to 2D for cutting. I bet you that very few laser cutting companies are able to do this for you.

 

Another thing to keep in mind is that we are able to create assembly manuals for your products. Considering that we may have created a 3D model of your product it is a simple matter of turning that 3D model into a stepwise exploded assembly manual. Again, how many laser cutting companies can do this for you?

 

We manufacture a variety of products in-house. This allows us to experiment with materials and techniques in our own time. We have spent countless hours perfecting our own products. This means that we do not need to use you as a guinea pig to see if something will work or not.

The company also runs a small CNC router and lathe and the staff are very knowledgeable regarding different manufacturing technologies. We are able to advise you on the appropriate technoloy and material to use to create your product, and if we don't know then will we find somebody for you that does.
